“I noticed weird splashes of jagged edges in my vision after the vax. Scared me but it has since gone away. I have never before had vision problems...”

that’s a classic symptom of ocular migraines, which occur relatively frequently as we age and under normal circumstances are harmless ... i notice them occurring for me most frequently in conjunction with other illness or major body stressors ... i usually feel weird and unwell right before they strike, they last about half an hour, and i feel a bit washed out afterwards ... they generally occur in only one eye ... i personally know quite a few people who get them ...

I have gotten them for yrs. Mine last around 10 min. or less. I close that eye until it goes away.

I get ocular migraines occasionally, and that’s what my vision problem feels like, except it lasts a lot longer than my ocular migraine episodes and there’s no scintillating scotoma or headache.

BTW I’ve noticed a huge decrease in OM episodes since I started making sure I was sufficiently hydrated by drinking half my body weight in water (60 oz in my case). Now I only get them once or twice a year instead of 12-18 times a year.
