The milk tastes fine! Just the same as it tastes, before being frozen. Use half gallon (or, smaller) cartons….for size/weight. NOT plastic.

And, NOT half and half, or heavy cream. Those do not reconstitute well, imo and experience.

When Hubs was younger, every farm on the mile had milk cows.

After we’d been married a few years we were the last ones left. We sold out a few years ago due to low prices. We still have the kids’ 4-H show cows but they looked good in the ring because they hardly used their udders. Kinda like liberal brains ;-) Raise a few beef cross calves out of them. Also down to just 5 chickens, just enough for breakfast every day.

Florida citrus is already suffering from globalism...which brought an invasive insect (from China, I believe) that carries the Lethal Yellowing pathogen that causes citrus trees to turn yellow, produce ugly, sour fruit, and die. Doesn’t take the trees long to die once infected! I lost my whole orchard.

Naw, that should be good for orange juice prices. Frozen oranges are used to make juice.
