This will never happen ! Why? Because Biden is just a puppet for the ventriloquist Obama. The Obamas hate the Clintons and he knows that if Hillary is at 1600 he won’t be able to pull the strings like he is currently doing. Now, it may be Michelle, aka Michael, who is appointed VP and then POTUS upon Biden’s departure. But I’m pretty sure Dr. Jill won’t allow Uncle Joe to resign, and the cabinet won’t invoke the 25th amendment against one of their own.
