Or, depending on one's goals, it's been a wild success.
Less than one tenth of one percent dead over two years has generated a worldwide experiment in mRNA trials without legal liability, population controls and mandates of all sorts, massive economic losses for many and massive financial gains for the few and elite.
However you may indiviually see it, THE OFFICIAL DATA shows this two year long "pandemic" has killed "less than one tenth of one percent" Covid deaths worldwide.
Trust the data?

Check the "official" experimental, phase three trials' mRNA injection rates (complete with legal shield against liability) worldwide.

If it is 0.072% of the population that has died from Covid, then the survivability rate of this disease is less than 99.928%. Because not everyone in the population has caught the disease.
Of course, that’s if you trust Worldometer’s numbers, which are no more and no less trustworthy than anyone else’s.
It would appear we have a severe disease which has a 99.9% survivability rate, but a much lower survivability rate for the top 4 comorbidities.
That means we should have focused on helping those top 4 comorbidity populations to sequester from the population rather than subject all of us to this FReeping disaster.

The numbers, a little arithmetic and sources are regularly posted, to challenge the many assertions which never show their "work."

When such as these are posted to various comment thread, is interesting that many with assertions bu no sourced "data" wish to go no further in discussing the data cited.
Given the four or five biggest "data" sites all tend to agree, this "pandemic" is not of the same magnitude as the responses -- lockdowns, mandates, legal liability shields for and secrecy surrounding the mandated mRNA products, and more.
I would conclude that this is a pandemic of the media's making, for corporate interests and corporatism's rise by suppressing freedom.
Thw pandemic amounts to, as you say, "a 99.9% survivability rate."
Nearly all countries are underreporting their covid deaths so your figure is bogus.
Do you really think only 4600 people have died in China with all the draconian quarantine steps they have been doing?

I agree that all figures reported are bogus, but the more likely scenario is all countries are exaggerating the deaths from Covid. That is logical in light of the billions of dollars exchanging hands and the tighter controls exerted against most populations. As for China, they lie about everything. Their data should be excluded from any rational conversation.

What a nightmare! So, that begs the question: “safe and effective” for doing what, exactly?
The only things “they” consistently seem to worry about are a) too much global climate change from b) too much carbon being released into the atmosphere, because there are c) way too many people on planet Earth.
The obvious response might be: if you can get rid of all these people, then all would be well, right?
Well, if you are a “they” in charge, then you might ask self: “what’s a “safe and effective” way to do that?”
