Any CEO in a similar position would also diversify.
Why would ge have allowed it to get that high?
Looking at publicly disclosed “insider trading” reports, he sells off or gifts some of his Moderna stock several times a week, and has been doing so for quite some time. I suspect stock is large majority of his compensation. Also, he didn’t “just dump $400M”. That’s the amount he has sold over the past 4 years he was CEO.
