Italy is nationalizing Russia’s largest refinery there and Germany is going to do the same in Germany. The US is ramping up the number of drill holes and Biden approved two new LNG export facilties. All the super major oil companies have pulled out of Russia. That will cause huge problems for new development of new areas in Russia and even existing ones. In a few years Russia”s oil and gas revenues will be only a fraction of what they are currxnly. Russia is screwed hard.
