NO! It can’t exist anyway. Don’t enact legislation demanding a satin rope to hang free speech. That only legitimizes the governing board as a political force. Cut DHS funding until they get their priorities straight. Cut it every week until you get their attention. It’s not like they are doing much good with the resources unless you count fake kidnappings, insurrection rallies, school board surveillance, and Crossfire Hurricane.
