Everything that happens in the world has some effect on us, even tangentially. You sound like an isolationist. Isolationism was okay at one time in history. But in the modern world distance is no longer a defense; hell, in many respects it has been rendered meaningless.
Isolationists always hope the bear, or the dragon, or whatever will eat them last. But wouldn’t it have been better if — before you were the last, and on your own — there were still others on the food chain, others that, with you, could muzzle the bear, or slay the dragon?

I think the pro-Ukrainian posters here need to do a research on who the new Biden’s appointment of “disinfirmation tsar” is.
She is a Ukrainian and worked to shape disinformation for Zelensky’s regime.
Before that there was the comment from the former Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine Roman Waschuk who said that Ukraine is a large scale social experiment, “to test things we don’t know would be accepted by our societies or not without pushback”.

In fact if people were really watching they should have had a heads up early on when the evacuation of all the Ukrainian woman and children were hustled out of there without a hitch - never have refuges ever been so smoothly hustled out of a country, and with our military’s help assisiting at the border countries, Border countries were equally as prepared. Went like clockwork.
And they’re using those same tactics distributing illegals throughout our country at the border.

I have dear friends in Lugansk area.
They have endured almost 10 years of brutality and terror from the pro Russian terrorist militias.
In 2014, Ukraine had no effective military, especially there.
Azov was formed as a self defense militia to protect Ukrainian civilians.
There were already pro Russian militias, with heavy weapons, including artillery, mortars and missiles, supplied by Russia and flying the red hammer and sickle flag.
The “referendums” were as legitimate as our 2020 election.
