Basically *all* of Maryland...including its DC suburbs...is entirely Rat.OTOH,Virginia is 95% Rat in the areas considered to be DC suburbs...but there's a lot more to the state than just those suburbs.

IIRC in a city of a half million, Trump got around a couple thousand votes. There is simply no way to achieve anything remotely resembling justice in a place more commie than Havana.
