I realize the sheriff or police won’t do any thing to enforce the law (no gathering in front of judges houses in attempt to influence a ruling. Punishable up to one year in jail)
But could not the Supreme Court Marshall do it? Arrest them?
Even if peaceably assembled the are still committing the crime.
It seems the loud doofus on the electric guitar could be arrested for disturbing the peace in a residential neighborhood.
