Counter lawsuit? Huh? Prosecutorial decisions are subject to sovereign immunity unless there’s absolutely no basis for prosecution, i.e., malicious prosecution. I agree 100% he should not be charged and should be acquitted. But he did kill a guy so there’s at least enough to beat a malicious prosecution lawsuit. Plus, why would he get rich, even if he did have a cause of action? I agree defense will be expensive… but only to the taxpayers since undoubtedly he’ll be entitled to a Public Defender. And punitive damages aren’t allowed against the government
The same for the House of Rep. They have kept some Jan 6th prisoners locked up for over a year in solitary without being charged a direct violation of the Constitution. You can bet your bippy Queen Nazi Pelosi is doing that as a warning not to invade her castle.

They want to send a message that if you defend yourself, you will be in trouble. That way, no one will and people will become even more dependent on the almighty government, which gives them more control over you. That is the ONLY thing they care about.

It's how white liberals keep blacks on the plantation. Of course all of us resent the out of control crime and killings by black democrats.
