Exactly, I thought this was referring to the future a couple of months from now, should Russia decide to liberate Kiev.
Russia is in the early stages of mobilizing their military for the liberation of Kiev, as they don’t have nearly enough troops in the Ukraine theater to do that now. When, and if, they decide to do so, they’ll have closer to 300,000+ men fighting for Kiev rather than the 30,000 they had at the start of the war.
