I think it'll be low-level insurgencies among various armed factions, much like what went on in Latin America during the 70s and 80s.
Agree. Irish Troubles, probably a little more intense just due to our population size, evolved weapons and tactics and long list of other factors that drive us to this point. Could last many years and ultimately causes a great resettlement of people (already happening) to locales that better represent their politics.
