Copper is down 5% indicating slackening manufacturing and if manufacturing is slowing then nobody needs scrap.

I would have imagined copper would be way up as I thought we sent lots of it to China (so they could sell it back to us as sh!tty equipment). But that makes sense too with Biden’s manufacturing cuts.
