This is the FEDERAL TAKEOVER needed to assure victory in House elections. The problem that the Dems have with the House is that the systems they use to win elections state-wide are based in the large cities, where it is easy to round up and organize the mules.

At the Congressional District level, the red districts are generally dominated by people who oppose ballot stuffing, and so there is no easy way to ‘help the cause’ there. And without the House, the transformation of the US will take significantly longer.

This plan to use the US Postal Service will likely take care of that problem for the Democrats, so we can FINALLY get to One-Party Rule.
