I don’t knownabout damning, but if there was a memo that said “everything that touches Mar a Lago is declassified on my order”, that memo should be revealed pretty soon. At that point, it is up to the new president *who is largely concerned about the availability of ice cream this afternoon* to specifically reclassify those documents in a timely fashion and communicate the decision to the Trump team.
