We do not have time to run a new election. The machines have to all be trashed first and voting restricted to in person one voting day positive ID before a fair election can happen.

There is something to be said for a ‘vote of confidence’. It would be 4 years into a senator’s 6 year term. They tend to waver and need a fire under their ass.
