OK what I think is a more likely scenario is the case the court will hear next month regarding whether state legislatures have the total authority over election laws. Since the constitution says they do I fully expect the court to rule that way.

Since there were numerous instances of judges and state officials in various states including GA who blatantly changed state election laws in the 2020 election it would be a short step for the court to Decide to decertify the 2020 election and either declare a winner or call for a new election. At that point the military stepping in to maintain stability and oversee the election might be viewed as a prudent move.

For anyone saying this is impossible my answer is did you see Roe v Wade coming because I didn’t.
