Will this be a a replay of the "Putin elected Trump" claims? The word "influence" immediately suggests that what is allegedly being "influenced" is the upcoming election. If this is the claim, those "influences" will undoubtedly be said to be working to help Republicans via social media and somehow controlling the election narrative from the shadows even as the MSM are once again 95% pro-Democrat.
