If President Trump said (1) I’ve declassified all records, and (2) I am declaring these to be personal records, then they are. And if/as they are, then they don’t fall under the subpoena. Therefore, it doesn’t matter what he did with them, or had done with them.
Additionally, did you notice it didn’t say where they were moved from and to? So for example, if they were moved from his club office to the locked storage room - the one where he was requested to add an additional lock - is that what they’re talking about, and is considered obstruction?
I just cannot wait for 2024 to come, so more of the Dems can be removed from their seats, we can get a Republican President, and we can really clean house. These deep-state lifers have just got to be pulled out by the roots and replaced by people that will uphold the rule of law and the US Constitution. Our country cannot survive if the deep state actors continue to substitute their own judgement for the will of the people.
