In mid March of 2020, Trump had CMS change their regs to allow nursing homes to refuse to take sick CoupFlu patients back if the facilities couldn’t do it properly.
Whitmer, like Cuomo, ordered them sent back.
So why did the facilities knuckle under when the feds allowed them to refuse?
I’m betting the facilities were threatened and/or bribed.
Pity nobody is interested in getting to the bottom of that.
