So what is your solution?

Yes, and that should have been enough to convince Republicans that it was a losing issue to the majority of the people. I think the Democrats are going to get a boost from the Dobbs decision for the next couple of election cycles.

And are you ok with that or do you want to go back to an Unconstitutional law?

This election was a vote against crazy. It reminded me of the psych ward, where patients get extremely anxious when a truly crazy patient was admitted. A lot of voters perceived the looney tune right as a bigger threat than the liberal left.

That is how it was pushed.

I would say, the looney tune Left was able to have the Media paint the Right as looney tune, with lies and control over the information flow.

They convinced enough people the Right was doing what the Left was already doing.

Anti-abortion lost everywhere it was directly on the ballot.

DEVELOPING: Republican Michelle Steel Defeats Democrat Challenger Jay Chen in Orange County, California (Another GOP Flip)

SBAProlife.org -->Congresswoman Michelle Steel is a first-generation Korean American immigrant and is dedicated to serving as a voice for the voiceless. She has helped run her family’s small businesses since she was very young. She first entered public service as a board member for the California State Board of Equalization, where she worked to achieve much-needed tax reform. She has used her position as highest-ranking Korean American officeholder to empower women and minority leaders in her California community. She served as vice chair of the Orange County Board of Supervisors. She and her husband Shawn are the proud parents of two children. Rep. Steel has an A+ on SBA Pro-Life America's National Pro-Life Scorecard.

Am I OK with which part? The Democrats getting a boost from Dobbs for the next couple of election cycles? Being OK with it has very little bearing.

I think the biggest issue with how Roe was overturned was the way McConnell managed 3 USSC seats. Like it or not, that pi$$ed a lot of people off. It stunk of hypocrisy. I expect for the next couple of election cycles, women, younger voters, and independents are going to continue to punish the GOP for that.

Probably lay off abortion ban talk like Lindsey Graham was doing. It’s complete political poison, maybe even bordering electoral suicide nationally. Focus on pro-life positions that have widespread support, like George W. Bush did with partial-birth abortion.

The abortion issue was the establishment’s last best chance to turn the elections into their favor. That’s why our so-called conservative Supreme Court turned it back to the states. The SC justices were likely pressured and or were threatened. The Establishment knows what they are doing and they don’t hold back.

Then you have Lindsey Graham sponsor a bill to make abortion illegal nationally that HE KNEW COULD NOT PASS!

Set up from the very beginning.

Aren't you being hypocritical in pointing out how McConnell managed the 3 USSC seats as you know the Democrats would have done the exact same thing. Are you saying you were against the GOP using its majority to complete a promise for 50 years?

Do you really think overturning Roe v. Wade was going to be with no sacrifice? Whenever you punch evil in the face there is going to be some sacrifice and blowback. I personally am willing to accept some political loss of power in order to save innocent lives. I know I can sleep well at night and my conscience is clear on this most vital issue. But guess what? the GOP won the House and winning the Senate was a long shot mainly because of the mathematics around it. The GOP had to defend a whole lot of seats vs the Dems. That is hard to do in any environment. In 2024 it will be the opposite so we'll see how well they do.

The abortion issue is not going to go our way until candidates who actually believe what they are proposing can garner the courage to talk (really talk and debate) about the issue rather than avoiding it or compromising in blood.

Truth divides and becomes a magnet for the good and those seeking it. You do not convince anyone by lowering your ideals but you do by plainly explaining your arguments and by answering questions with charity.

Yep, Michael Moore is an unethical person, and as such, he can predict with accuracy what the many unethical persons in society will do.

States that allow mail-in voting do not seem inclined to change that.

Including states like Florida.

I see reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit. I was pointing out contributing factors in the Democrat’s midterm success.
I’m sure your method of not believing anything that you don’t want to be true is a good way too.

I think the accuracy part is what counts.

Point is, the state with the greatest red wave landslide of the election has the same early voting and mail voting laws of states where we're asked to believe that election fraud took place entirely due to the presence of early voting and mail voting.

The laws are the same in FL as the other states that are still counting? Why was FL able to complete their election with such speed and efficiency? Could it be the laws are not the same in FL as others and that people are held accountable for election fraud?

I pointed out that voters punished McConnel. Believe it...or don’t believe it. You seem to want to argue with me about what motivated voters to break for the Democrats by saying they were wrong to do that. McConnel could have kept the same position on Coney-Barret that he had on Garland. He didn’t. Many voters found it hypocritical. They voted Democrat.
