A lot of it is entrapment. At least at first.
Don’t get me wrong, these people aren’t saints and monks. Some of them get told the parties have some seedier aspects to them, but some of them are just led to believe they will be networking and hobnobbing with other powerful people. By the time they realize they are in the trap they feel like they can’t back out. They are already compromized
I don’t get it either, unless (for unknown reasons) this perversion is seen as
expected behavior from the elite, and some non-pedos are feigning just enough interest in order to maintain very lucrative business contacts.
I think it’s a power thing
The elite's like doing anything that is forbidden, because they can, they are modern day Thelemists and extreme pshycopaths who only follow one law : "Do as thou wilt".
