I don’t think you know all seizures. No, they don’t all come out of it “seconds later”. Grand mal can be very debilitating taking hours to recover.

Perhaps you didn’t mean to imply all. “Seconds or so” implies a very short time.
My father had epilepsy and I experienced this quite a bit. Also an acquaintance in college, though he would get better pretty fast. Amazing considering he was more likely to seize than my dad.
