Francis Carroll (whose name WSB misspelled below), the guy who allegedly lit a police cruiser on fire Saturday night. Well, if he's convicted I hope he gets a harsher sentence than the college instructor in Portland. She threw a Molotov Cocktail into a police SUV with 5 officers inside and was charged with 5 counts of attempted murder. I don't know what offense she was eventually convicted of, but her sentence was 33 HOURS of community service.
