Free roasted chicken.😏
Egg chickens (usually leghorns) have to be around nine months before they produce marketable eggs. They then lay for about another 18 months.
Meat chickens (Cornish Cross) are harvested at 12 weeks.
You lose a batch of the meat birds you will have a new batch in four months. You lose your layers it will be ten months before you get replacements.
Thanks for the explanation. (Rather..eggsplanation).
Most people have no idea that commercially bred meat and egg birds are no where near the same thing.
Leghorns are old, scrawny and tough. Cornish Cross are very large and their weight may even cause their legs to break if you do not harvest them young.
We keep dual use chickens, (Barred Rock) which do not lay as many eggs as Leghorns and do not grow as fast as the Cornish Crosses. Since they are personal use birds this is fine.
The WEF is serious about running their fourth reich.
Scramble all available units!
Friday I bought chicken legs and thighs for 59¢/lb. but eggs are 5-6 bucks a dozen?
This doesn’t make sense.
AT ALL!
Leghorn roosters that are 4-5 months old, just reaching maturity, are pretty tasty frying chicken.
But yes, 3-yeaar old Leghorn laying hens are soup chickens.
But yes, they make nice stew hens.
If somewhat small and scrawny. I generally have to use two where I would use one of the Barred Rocks.
Massive Fire Destroys Commercial Egg Farm Belonging To Top US Supplier
Link in that article leads to this article below (June 2022) with a list of “accidental” fires-— tallied 7 months ago.

These fires will turn out to have been intentionally set!
America is at war, and Sloe Joe, The Hoe and their criminal administration are standing down!
Thank you for posting the list...and to consider that “coincidence” list is 7 months old!
And that doesn’t include all the poultry that needed to be destroyed because of avian flu. I don’t know if there is a US list on that category. One example:

YW!
Both Tucker and Stinchfield (RAV) did EXCELLENT exposés on the egg farm fire(s), as well as other farms/plants that have had these coincidental mishaps....and, how the MSM calls out anyone who questions these *coincidences*, as conspiracy theorists. Hmmm...where, oh, where have we heard THAT, before?
Also....Tucker did a great segment cover the hen egg laying crisis....and, the feed being suspected as being the culprit.
Another hmmmmm....now...what could possibly be in feed, causing hens to not lay eggs? 🤔
Well, Slow Joe DID say, on a recent overseas trip, that we (the US) would have food shortages.
It does start to seem suspicious ...
The Feebs can't possibly be starting the fires. We all know they would never do that ...
LOL!
I wonder why no one has been arrested for starting these fires in our food supply chain?
FEEEB is right! As in FEEEEBLE!
That is one self-fulfilling prophecy I’d rather not come true.
I, like most everyone I know, has become rather fond of eating!
It does start to seem suspicious ...
After two years of this stuff....and, you say *START* to seem suspicious?
