Dual engine failure would permit a controlled flight into terrain, ie. not augered in. But again no data about the crash. Arm chair BS at this point. We'll see if the NTSB or FAA comes up with anything. I will take quite some time. That is assuming the NTSB investigations teams haven't been co-opted like so many other government agency personnel.

This picture shows an example of a BE20, the aircraft type involved in the crash. This is NOT the actual crash aircraft.
Carries a crew of 2, and up to 11 passengers. Powered by a pair of PT6A turboprop engines. These creatures are very reliable aircraft. They're still subject to problems stemming from gottagetthereitis on the part of passengers or crew.

It was a King Air, they are designed to carry more than was onboard.
The problem was that terrible storm front blowing throw Little Rock when the pilot decided to take off. Bad fatal decision.

Another coincidence is the company, CTEH. Some guests on Tucker’s show last week noted that this was the contractor brought in to East Palestine, OH by Norfolk Southern to do testing after that incident. The folks on Tucker said this company went to residents’ homes and offered to do environmental testing but only if they would sign a contract saying they wouldn’t sue Norfolk Southern. Interesting...
