If Butteredbutt isn’t responsible for transportation issues, why did he take the job of transportation Secretary?

I don’t like Buttigieg either; but when he took the job, he had no power to prevent “hot wheel” accidents like this that are an inherent part of the railroad business. And he would have accomplished nothing useful by going there for photo ops as Trimp did.

Fair enough. But he did go there, after he was shamed into it. This was...and remains...more than just a “hot wheel” accident. It could have health implications across State lines, for decades to come.

100 % agree. Nonetheless he shares 100% of the responsibility. If you want the top job, you are buying into responsibility. He should resign just as his Greek counterpart did.
