Maybe. If he is arrested he’ll be in and out of NYC the same day and then bailed out and back down in Florida. Then his lawyers will delay the trial by at least a year. Anything that happens this week is just an intermediate move, not the end game.
Once he is arrested a tsunami of events will occur. Don’t think this DOJ and Administration will be able to hold back the wave of consequences.
