Conservative Nevadans NOT surprised. Back room deal. Democommies “allowed” Lombardo the gov seat in exchange for cat manTOES to retain the senate. I truly believe that to be the case. Maybe I’m the one that’s 😵

But don’t you worry. It’s not “widespread” voter fraud. It’s just regular voter fraud. The what the RAT turd rollers in the so-called “media” are saying.

Comparing signatures is the most idiotic, stupid, assanine, 19th century control for elections, election workers who ate government employees are thrown into this stupid exercise for which they are not trained because there are no legit signature comparing training courses out there. No incentive to do it well, absolutely no supervision since there is simple not enough people to supervise the verifiers, and being GO, they cannot ramp up for elections and prepare in a way any private organization would. There only incetive is to get done to get home by approving as many as quickly as possible without getting negstive attention.
The whole purpose of this article is to support mail in vote fraud, since Laxalt lost by 7K stolen votes, he should have lost by 15K (7+8 rejected) fraudulent mail in votes, since all the mail in are dem votes anyway. This stupid notion that they dont know your party but know your signature when you mail in your ballot is completely retarded. R goes in the ttash, its that simple. Its not foreign spies hacking dominion machines conspiracy stuff. Vote fraud is a piece of cake with so many options. Voting laws are like our constitution, it only works for a moral people

The rat cheating takes many forms. A little here a little there and it adds up to stolen races all over the country. Once they get the state SC and SOS office they weld the door shut. As a result the rats now control the voting in every swing state.

Well yeah.
But we have no recourse.
The American Just-us system does not give AmericaFirst candidates or voters “standing” in their court rooms.

“A total of 8,036 rejected ballots out of nearly 513,000 returned may not seem significant, but in this context, it is a reasonable question as to what can be done to reduce the failure rates,”

1) 98.5% of returned ballots had no issues.
2) What can be done to reduces failures? Aside from forcing someone to write clearly, what can you do? A 1.5% failure rate seems pretty low.

“Of the rejected ballots, the report says 2,133 were from registered Democrats; 2,307 were from Republicans; and the most—3,596—were from “other.”

So, where is the conspiracy among rejected ballots? Looks like the rejected ballots were evenly distributed between Dems & Repbulicans, the ‘other’ category might be a little over-represented.

Thank you for referencing that article Red Badger.

"Nevada’s Rejected Votes Exceeded Narrow Senate Margin in 2022, Watchdog Group Finds"

Given the catch-all "in any way abridged" wording of Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, Arizona may need to lose all Democratic representation in the House for 2025-2027 legislative session imo.

"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]

Regarding Section 2, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!

"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives

If this were a better world, all J6 lawmakers who obstructed due process of Section 2 by voting to ignore allegations of vote-counting fraud in the name of state sovereignty, state sovereignty otherwise blatantly ignored by the unconstitutionally big federal government, need to lose their offices under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for open rebellion against their responsibility to protect and defend Section 2 above.

"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof [emphases added]. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

In fact, J6 lawmakers who supported Biden also ignored state violation of 12th Amendment electoral vote counting procedures, evidenced by state winner-take-all laws for electoral votes. After all, such laws effectively nullify the electoral votes of some electors, giving other electors more than one vote.

In fact, Justice Joseph Story had warned that the consequence of corrupt, constitutionally undefined (my wording) political parties dividing a state's electoral votes is that it effectively neutralizes a state's electoral votes.

"In case of any party divisions in a state, it may neutralize its whole vote [emphasis added], while all the other states give an unbroken electoral vote." —Justice Joseph Story, Article 2, Section 1, Clauses 2 and 3, Commentaries on the Constitution 3, 1833."

Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

In other words, primarying RINOs in 2022 was just for practice. Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying for 2024 elections.

That’s a historical method for Dems to control election results. Sometimes they add votes as much as necessary to win as they did in 1948 in S. Texas for Lyndon Johnson in the infamous Box 13 scandal.

Or you can reverse the process by deleting votes you don’t like.

American politics have been polluted by these tactics used by Democrat big city machines since Tammany Hall. Alwasy denied by the Democrat run press in propaganda pieces.
