FPC claimed the ATF exceeded its statutory jurisdiction and violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA). Judge O’Connor disagreed with FPC’s conclusion. The Judge believes that the ATF has the ability and authority to determine what a rifle is. The Court claims that the term “rifle” is ambiguous.
Ambiguous lawfare. Laws and regs don't need to be specific...you silly 'subjects'.

Soon, expect them to simply issue a decree that an AR-15 is not a “rifle”, but something else they dream up. Bump stocks, not stabilizing braces. It’s just a matter of time till they decide something about ARs not being “rifles”.

They live in their ivory tower and have no clue about the workngs of the world. A justice on the Supreme Court just said the definition of a rifle is ambiguous... One look and I can tell. I guess according to her the definition of a woman is ambiguous... Again, I have no trouble. What worthless people they are. she should be talking about preserving the second amendment and not wondering about barrel length. What a disappointment.
