What was he arrested for? The article looks like they are mentioning an old theft, that he already was arrested for and sentenced with having to pay a fine. What is the new arrest for?

The frustrating thing about Brinton is that unlike so many of FJB’s gaggle of fools he actually does possess some chops in the field he was hired to address. We could have gotten some serious and badly-needed progress in nuclear reprocessing, for example, were Sam not so totally focused on sexual deviance, larceny, and grotesquely bad fashion choices.
