I bet he’d be happy to still wear women’s clothing and lipstick in jail if he gets the chance. Some other inmate might be happy to see him dress up like that.

Slap a mophead on him and he’s good to go. I’ll bet the prison commissary doesn’t carry really quality make-up, though.
