P
Thank the Marxist Dems again for TB.
Well, except for the gain of function scumbags who developed this strain.
It jsut isn’t fair Americans dont live in a third world violent disease infested dump, so vote democrat and they’ll bring such wonderful diversity to you.
Diversity is our strength.
I actually had active TB 5 years ago. I think I picked up the bacterium 30-40 years ago while living in Miami and as I grew older and my immune system deteriorated it became an active infection. Fortunately it wasn’t the antibiotic resistant variety. I assume I was exposed to it from the many illegals residing down there. The state health dept gets involved when there is a TB diagnosis and they keep close tabs on you until you complete the extended treatment plan. Someone from the health dept would show up to my door every day and hand me several pills and had to watch me take them in person. The entire episode was very degrading.
Oh goodie! If Joe times it right, he can shut down the country and impose nationwide mail in balloting just in time for the 2024 election.
A new pandemic is not a bug, it’s a feature.
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
All right, wait a minute. As usual there is an FR tendency to go overboard.
TB did not need any activity or lack of activity by Democrats to be what it is.
TB has likely killed more people in the history of the world than any other disease. The disease that is closing that gap and will soon overtake it is cancer. TB used to kill off people before they could get cancer.
It’s pleasant to swagger and praise our great great grandparents for their pioneering spirit that moved the US population westward, but the truth is . . . a good quality study emerged in the 1800s indicating that the purity of air impacted how long TB patients could live.
And so brochures from Denver and California cities and others got printed and sent to east coast cities under the splashed lead text GO WEST YOUNG MAN!!!
So 20 year olds headed west for the fresh air. It wasn’t pioneering spirit. It was TB. (Then when they got there the cities tried to push them out into distant suburbs, but that’s another story)
TB was originally thought to be inherited — because it was striking in families. Only later did it become clear it hit families because they lived under the same roof and breathed the same air. Infection, btw, requires prolonged exposure, like living under the same roof. It’s far less infectious than Covid Delta.
Note all this was happening without the contributions of Joe Biden.
Antibiotics then became the treatment of magic. Those plus longer life expectancy is what is letting cancer catch up.
The item in the article about availability of medication without a prescription is interesting. It is a huge plus for those societies. The pharmacists tell customers what drugs would work against various problems. The problem is those customers don’t take the meds all the way to empty bottle, and that is a procedure not limited to those countries. Americans do that, too, to save money by having the remaining pills available for next time.
That also happens without involvement by Joe Biden.
From differential diagnosis, my primary care physician determined that I had caught the disease about a year before the screening. It explained the "bad cold" with constant coughing I went through, for about six weeks.
Democrats -- the gift that keeps on giving.
Not Covid but worse, actually.
Thanks US Feds.
Tuberculosis incidence in the United States:
2020 2.2 cases per 100,000 people
2021 2.4 cases per 100,000 people
2022 2.5 cases per 100,000 people
excerpt from piece:
“If we had any meaningful public health policy, therefore, we would have implemented reasonable measures by now to screen individuals coming into the United States for infectious diseases and prevent them from starting another pandemic. We have not.”

10’s of thousands of bio weapons walking across the border every month thanx to brandon
If you leave our malaria.
In 2021, 30.6% of all tuberculosis infections in the United States were amongst Hispanics.
Take a look at a map of the United States showing where the impact of tuberculosis is the greatest. The states most impacted are Texas, California, and New York all areas with large populations of recent migrants from south of the border.
Oh, gee....really? Thanks, XiDen regime!!
The test costs between $31-$244 when the Democrats release TB in NYC the mandatory tests will be double in cost nationwide.
That’s the price we pay for having open borders and plane tickets to anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice. Welcome to the melting pot.
