In order to seal the border U.S. military force is going to be necessary, which means deadly force. These alien hordes will be stopped with nothing less. In order for the military to engage with deadly force on the border, someone or Congress is going to have to decommission or suspend Posse Comitatus. Unless and until that person is able to do so uncompromisingly, they are just blowing smoke, I don’t care who the hell they are. Enough with contracting out the security of our nation to some cardboard political alphabet federal “agency” that can be eliminated with the stroke of a pen.
Take away Birthright Citizenship and about 99% of the women stop coming.
Take away their ability to put their kids in an American Elementary school and get free breakfast and lunch, and they stop coming.
End the refugee resettlement programs. And send the ones that are here, back to where they came from.
Implement the Entry/Exit Visa system and track folks down.
Put a moratorium on all student visas for at least 15 years.
Form nationwide law enforcement take forces to hunt and get rid of the cartels and gangs.
No military force needed.

You may be correct on that point but I find it hard to believe that these alien hordes could not be repelled by the military if ordered to do so by the Commander-in-Chief because such intervention is not simply a matter of civilian law enforcement. The borders of our country are controlled by the CBP under authority of the Immigration and Nationality Act 287(a)(3) and copied in 8 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 287 (a)(3).
