Well it normally would not be, but 42 in pretty young and a person would expect this doctor to have good control and knowledge of his own physical health.
The fact he probably took numerous fake vaxes is suspicious.
With the billions that big pharma has made from the vaxx, their lawyers will keep the deadly side effects from being know for decades.

While he died from a heart attack it wasn’t due to atherosclerosis or hardening of the arteries, it was due myocarditis which is a known side effect of the clot shot.
