Last year some idiot did doughnuts in a City of Irvine parking lot and his friend posted a video of him doing it. The city attorney came up with enough charges to arrest him for felony property damage, criminal trespassing, and illegal car modifications, among others. And the police department posted photos of him being arrested and his car impounded.
