I have learned not to pack in a lot of clothes, even though it’s supposed to be a ‘heavy duty’ ‘extra large’ washer.
They don’t get tumbled enough if you put too much in.......
So it is the same concept as the double flush toilet. It is hard to see how they would work as commercial washing machines when time is money..
