“Please clap.”
Compared to Communist left’s attacks on Trump, DeSantos is the most coddled professional lawyer politician in history.
Public Rudeness: a Trump legacy.
The fingers thing sounds revolting, maybe faux-MAGA individuals planted in the crowd by unnamed antagonistic groups with zero personal morality?
😝😂🤣
“Yes, this is a new era of MAGA republicanism, where the base voter understands the stakes and fights like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s ark.”!
Kicking DeMantis while he’s down isn’t gonna do Trump a whole lot of good at this point.
Keep it classy. SMH
“... fights like the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s ark.”
Dang, SD, how awesome can you be? (or isn’t that yours?)

Sir Spam-A-Lot and the derisive group of hecklers figure you will win an election through verbally bludgeoning and insulting voters. We’ll see.
“Class. Class! SHUT-UP!!...thank you.”
Don’t ever let that traitor forget what he did to our Country. If I were there I would be chiming right in.
He had to have his Mommy come out and tell all those bad people to stop picking on him.
It’s worth noting that when Trump had frequent problems with hecklers in 2016, they were not successful at derailing him. He had such large crowds that the hecklers would be drowned out by supporters. That’s not the case with DeSantis. He just has to sit there and take it. I suppose he could say something in his defense, but either way, it’s bad optics.
When you claim to be a leader and no one’s following you, it kind of hurts your credibility. Leading a Republican super-majority is a far cry from what he would face as president. Trump actually built a political movement with his leadership. DeSantis is trying to co-opt an already existing movement and it’s failing miserably.
People overlook one very important point about Trump’s “rudeness” and insults. His “rudeness” was the one way he could prove to voters that he was different. The Uniparty wanted to tell Trump how he could and couldn’t fight. If Trump had acquiesced to their ground rules, he would have proven that all his talk about being independent and not controlled was nothing more than talk.
If he was unwilling to provoke the ire of the Uniparty on questions of style and decorum, he surely was not going to stand up to them on issues of far greater importance.
What I found interesting is that all during the heckling, DeSantis was just pretending he was being cheered. Then he lets the Governor stand up for him.
He’s not ready for Prime Time.
The wording in the article makes it sound like DeSantis was chanting, “We love trump”.
MAGA Trump Culties indistinguishable from Democrats
Rly?
DeSantis had to pick a side. Either join the 20% of Republican voters who are convinced that the 2020 election was clean and all claims of fraud are simply Trump, well, being Trump. Or side with Trump...and the evidence that draws the remaining 80% to Trump?
He chose wrong.
