“Bad luck isn’t why DeDumazz is failing whereas President Trump is succeeding”.

While the Trump Only crowd on FR continue to be gleeful about his current lead in the GOP nomination contest, the most recent general election matchups with Biden should be quite sobering. Here they are:

Quinippiac – Biden 47, Trump 46
Marist – Biden 47, Trump 46
Economist / YouGov – Biden 43, Trump 42
Emerson – Trump 45, Biden 43

These are quite consistent with Trump’s popular vote result in 2020, when he carried 46.8% of the vote. An AP/NORC poll out this morning shows 53% of the voting electorate would never vote for Trump under any circumstances.

The Democrats strategy is clear: Bloody Trump up as much as possible, but not so much that he falls short of getting the GOP nomination. Then, even a feeble Biden can squeak out a win again by drooling in his basement and blanketing the swing states with $2 billion in slickly produced feel good ads, all the while Trump is bouncing from courthouse to courthouse trying to relitigate the 2020 election.

Trump’s disciples are unwittingly laying the groundwork for President Kamala Harris. Scary!

And the DeSanctimonious Online Influencers are apparently cheering on Biden for the win since DeSantis is always polling worse against Biden than Trump.

But let's let that salient little fact get in the way of your myopic cheerleading for DeSantis, right?
