Knowing that, it’s no problem at all claiming DEWs were the cause of the fires.

No need for DEW weapons, when leaving the power on in a rare high winds event, enables the power surges and spikes (and flames, etc) from exploding power transformers and the like everywhere to set off plenty of fires in lots of separate places at once.
Prepare by making certain normal fire prevention forestry and firebreak activity is NOT performed, and access to water for fire control is NOT automatically available. ( And proper warnings are NOT issued to the public. ) Maybe mix in a little local and direct arson for timing and coverage purposes.
Mission accomplished.
I think that bringing DEW weapons into the discussion without supporting evidence is often done to bring ridicule to any implication that those who fancy themselves our masters have anything to do with these events.
How many of us are only now coming to recognize what political science has evolved into, and how pervasively controlling it has become. (Yes, adding DEWs to discussion of this event is political science.)
The “Narrative” is failing as more and more awaken to what has been, and is being done to us.
Evidence that the “powers that be” are using DEW weapons against American communities is seriously lacking.
Evidence that the “powers that be” are killing us and stealing from us diligently in (many) more mundane ways is increasingly abundant.
