Well, well, well, …..seems seems like senile Joe’s campaign of mis- information is catching up to him…..oh, and by the way, Vlad has stated he had amassed enough arms and ammo to take on NATO and the collective West for 30 months….and that was before he geared up the Russian Federation’s massive manufacturing industry.

The Fat lady should be ready to sing shortly.

400,000 vs 50,000 in losses. I’m doubtful on that 8 to 1 ratio. Not that I have a dog in the fight.

Ooo - Ruzzia is on the run!

Tactically this whole thing has been run stupidly on both sides with what NOT to do to win a war.

Try to spin the failure of the Ukrainian Great Summer Offensive.

I’m sure that when the Ukrainians heard the English word offensive they thought it just meant farting in church.

Except for references to Bloomberg at the end, the source of every “fact” in this article is “Russia says”.

I don’t like proxy wars.

You get the US, the UK, and NATO meeting in Poland with the Ukrainian military leadership, all plotting how they can defeat Russia on the battlefield.

We pretend that the US is not currently at war with Russia, but I say we are and I say it’s a stupid thing for us to do.

From 1943-1945 the Germans were in a constant state of tactical retreat. Their most effective tactic was to create strong points with multilayered defenses at critical junctions. The Russians took huge casualties attacking and taking those points. The Russians to their credit learned and remembered the costly lessons they learned. You really have to wonder what the US/British generals were thinking if they advised the Ukrainians to mount this “counter offensive”.

NATO military chief US Gen Christopher Cavoli and British Admiral Sir Tony Radakin traveled to the Polish-Ukrainian border ten days ago for a crisis meeting with the Ukrainian chief military commander Gen. Valerii Zaluzhnyi

They didn't dare step one foot inside Ukraine.

Let’s do some ballpark math. Ukraine’s population is about 40 million. Assume 50% men and the average age at death is 70 years old. That means there are approximately 286,000 men at each age level. Assume 400,000 casualties in two years of war or 200,000 per year. So another year of war will add 286,000 new men into the meat grinder and there will be 200,000 casualties. So roughly 70% of the men in any age group will become a casualty over their service life if the war lasts long enough. Some casualties may be wounded guys more than once, but even so that seems like WW1 levels of destructions. Change any of the assumptions you want and see what you come up with. Now convince me a negotiated peace is a bad idea.

Ukraine is realizing the cost of teaming up with Biden and there is no honor among thieves.
