That’s where I thought that you got it.
Look under the word Murder.
In parenthesis it says “single, victim, single offender”.
I saw research that culled data from local sources, where race could be identified.
There were, actually, more than double that amount of White victims.
The number of black victims stayed about the same.
Also, the feds list hispanics as White when they are offenders but separately as victims to further skew the data.

Actually, if you look at the data I linked to, the Hispanics are included mostly among whites. (Think white Hispanics). This is because whether someone is counted as Hispanic is considered ethnicity, not race.

So if a black kills a white hispanic, it's counted as killing a white (on the left side of the table). Likewise if it's Hispanic killing black (white-on-black). At least that's the case with most Hispanics.
