How is this woman allowed to oversee Trump’s January 6 trial?
Yet another prejudicial courtroom statement made by Judge Tanya Chutkan in a January 6 case has been unearthed as Trump demands she recuse herself from his January 6 case.
Julie Kelly obtained a transcript of another sentencing by Judge Chutkan for a J6er where she brazenly lied about the Capitol protest.
Judge Chutkan during her sentencing brazenly lied about the January 6 Capitol riot and called it an “armed attempted overthrow of this government.”

Judge Chutkan said lawmakers who were inside the Capitol on January 6 looked outside and saw “gallows being erected.”
This never happened. There is no video evidence to back up this absurd claim.

Nothing she says surprises me. She is not qualified to judge a dog show. But, that is how low we have sank as a Nation. How much lower we can go remains yet to be seen.

She’s already prejudged Trump as guilty in her sentencing of January 6ers. She has to be taken off the case. But will Trump’s lawyers be successful doing it?
We are seeing practical results of the lowering of academic expectations in institutions of higher learning.
Affirmative action, more emphasis on social justice etc. it starts all the way down in the HS where college grants and awards are given out in urban areas almost like candy on Oct 31…compared to rural and suburban schools. (and I know this as my father taught in an urban school for decades).
Either that or they are just in on a grand conspiracy…an equally valuable theory IMO.
I still believe that with all this “evidence” coming out that the Judges are Corrupt and Biased, Jerk Smith is Corrupt and Biased and ALL the DAs are Corrupt and Biased that the DEMS have no intention of winning ANY of the “trials.”
EVERY ONE OF THEM should be thrown out for one reason or another.
So what is the DEM’s game plan? My guess is to loudly and repeatedly remind the DEM plantation residents that Orange Man Bad and the DEM plantation owners have their best interests at heart. In other words, STAY ON THE PLANTATION and let us, the DEMS, think for you because WE the DEMS know best.

This is Fatima Goss Graves, head of National Women’s Law Center.
Her husband is Matthew Graves, US Attorney for DC.
He is prosecuting every J6 defendant. He also declined to prosecute Hunter Biden.
I suspect… one reason Matthew Graves got the powerful gig is because his wife is a very influential activist in DC. She met with a top Biden advisor in June 2021. The next month, Biden announced Graves’ nomination.

Which protestor(s) brought firearms, and how many were discharged at the protest?
Please note, I am not interested in the number of shots fired by police into the crowd, or by shots killing unarmed protesters.
