The division is so bad that 9 wins will probably win the North.
That may be true but that doesn't mean they will go all the way. I am in my 60s and the Lions have never had a championship season since before I was born. I don't follow sports much anymore due to the politics and the huge amounts of money now involved but it would be pretty neat if they won the Super Bowl. I just not gonna hold my breath.

I got there after the BLM love-fest in 2020.
They need to at least go back to an older playoff format: four divisions, division winners play in the LCS and move on to the WS. The really old method of two league winners playing in the WS would be even better. But TV money makes all of that impossible.
I was a Dodgers fan ever since they came to LA. Duke Snider, Wally Moon, Larry Sherry, Maury Wills, Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale and Ron Cey were in my pantheon of heroes. But since they honored that Satanic and Christophobic group, I have not watched them for a second nor kept up with them in any way.
All of the sports seasons are too long. There should be no baseball after Halloween, no football after New Years Day, no basketball after Easter, and, most definitely, no ice hockey after the summer solstice.
