I would say that the failures go back at least 30 years.

In 1991 Congress removed the restriction of women from combat rolls.

Civilized nations do not send women into combat.

China certainly has its tentacles all over our country and throughout the government and business, BUT our educational system is also a Marxist indoctrination operation, and that has infected everything.
