Johnson is measurable ~25% measurably more conservative than McCarthy and at least vocally has held much better positions.
The process worked and we are now likely way better off with Johnson as speaker.
Looks like Matt Gaetz risk paid off, imagine that, sticking to your principles can actually make good changes happen.
