I would add a third. Obama sees himself as the true messiah which will bring harmony and peace to the world at the point of a bayonet. He is another Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot. He believe HE is the one who will finally get it right.
In his character he is certainly one thing: a narcissistic prick.
