If you were “Obama’s roommate” you were the only person to ever have seen Obama at Columbia. I, for one, think it only an assertion that Obama attended Columbia. I think Obama is a creation. I don’t know who created him, but he is as phony as a three dollar bill. I do believe your characterization of him, however.

“Classmate,” not “roommate.” He’s already said several times that he didn’t know Obama at Columbia and didn’t know anybody who did. Obama was a transfer who lived off campus, but there are a few people who did know him.

There are a number of undergraduate schools at columbia. among them is the college. There is also the school of general studies, the teacher’s college and barnard—which is the women’s school. I went to the school of general studies. I took mostly graduate courses in political science. I took took class under mika brezinski’s father—zbigniew brzezinski. The crowd of guys I know from that period say that obama did go to columbia —but to the school of general studies. He even attended a poetry reading I participated in at the Jazz room at the west end bar across the street from columbia. If he’s the guy I remmeber—he came with a white girl and left early.
