Musk may not owe Israel a thing and he clearly doesn’t want to empower terrorists.
I was responding that owing isn’t the question. Musk is offering to do something on a humanitarian basis not because he owes Israel anything. Your post suggested to me that Musk has no onus to grant the use of his technology in a way that will prevent it’s use by terrosists. It was that I was objecting to.
